Our hosting and form providers may also log technical information like IP address and browser type. If we add analytics, it will collect anonymous usage data.
How we use it. To respond to your inquiry, evaluate your property, make an offer, and communicate about a possible sale. We do not sell your personal information.
Calls and texts. If you give consent on our form, we may call or text you, including by automated means, about your property. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Reply STOP to opt out of texts at any time. Message and data rates may apply. We will not share mobile opt-in data or consent with third parties for their marketing.
Sharing. We may share information with service providers who help us operate (form, email and hosting providers), with closing attorneys, title companies, notaries and movers involved in a transaction, with a buyer to whom we assign a contract (only as needed for that transaction), or when required by law.
Retention and security. We keep information as long as needed for these purposes and take reasonable steps to protect it.
